Green Light, Yellow Light, 1,2,3
The Banana, like many other fruits, comes with an amazing feature: A color coded peel to let you know how ripe it is without even having to open up the fruit! A banana in it's lifetime will be seen in three different colors. The first color is green and means the banana is not ripe yet. This color is super functional because it will camaflouge the banana in the tree! Then there's Yellow which means it's perfectly ripe and ready to eat! Yellow is also the brightest of the 3 colors, making it the most appealing. Then, theres Brown and that means that it is over-ripe. Brown is the perfect color for this stage, since the color reminds you of the earth; mud. The banana peel will blend into the earth where it will be turned into compost and recycled!

Can You Open it?
Do they still make cans without those easy-to-open tabs? "Go to the neighbor to borrow the can opener!" I'm not sure if you're too old or too young to get that, but in any case, you'll be delighted that the banana was ingeniously created with an easy-open tab!

Grab The 12 Pack
Picture this scenario. You run into the grocery without a cart. To buy just one thing. Ok two, things. Oh, the coke is on sale as well, alright, a 12 pack is one item, right?! Because the express checkout is limited to 10 items or less you fumble you're way over to the checkout. You've got thi- CRASH! The heavy 12 pack slips from between your arm, chest, and chin. The cans are scattered all over the place. You try not to go bananas, but you definitely can't hold all the stuff now! At least you appreciate the box holding the cans together!
Coca-Cola wasn't the first to realize the need for smart packaging. Hashem created the banana with a "tab" that conveniently doubles as a logistical packaging solution! Also, who's buying just one banana?! Hashem therefore created that the bananas come in "bunches". FYI a bunch of bananas actually consists of 200-300 bananas! The technical term for what you see in the stores is called a "hand" of bananas. Each hand can have anywhere from five to 20 bananas.

To Bunch It Up
Bananas are truly a perfectly designed fruit. Some people even began to believe in God because of the banana! It's called "The Banana Argument" and discusses the design that features above. Of course, someone who has an agenda not to believe in a Master Designer and Creator, will be sure to ridicule anyone who has some straight, common sense. But the beauty is here for us to see, taste, and enjoy, and deep down we know there is something so simply sweet and true about the world and all the breathtaking beauty in it: It was designed and created by God.
